Driver and owner of #33, Austen is a lifetime motorsports and auto enthusiast. When not racing he passes the time as an inventor, mountain climber, treehugger, coffee drinker, author, and designer. He and his teams have created innovative products and services in the fields of transportation, medical and consumer home goods.
Tracy Manspeaker

Co-Driver
Tracy Manspeaker is a veteran co-driver and long time rally competitor. She has co-piloted for many of the NW regional top teams and is currently competing in the Canadian Rally Championship as well.
Jeff Zurschmeide

Co-Driver
A 20-year veteran of racing in the SCCA, Jeff was co-driver for Team Motoriffic from 2009-2011. Off the race stages he’s a freelance writer and journalist focusing on motorsports. Team motoriffic is currently taking bribes from potential co-drivers for the 2011 fall season
Darrel “Dirty D” Hanberg

Lead Mechanic
A lifelong rally fan and professional mechanic, Darrel is a master of improvisation who keeps #33 running against all odds.

Chris is a certified car nut and now officially an expert in Alfa Romeo transmissions.

Curtis is a long-time rally fan and former race driver, with an expert eye for mechanical problems in the field.
Don “The Face” Dupree

Pit Crew
Don is a project and sales manager in the outside world, and brings his management skills to Motoriffic’s pit crew to keep things running like clockwork on race day.
Joel Newman

Pit Crew
An experienced rally course worker, this is Joel’s first year on the Motoriffic crew. He is an electronics and troubleshooting specialist and lends a critical eye and extra pair of hands to the team.
Ken “Kendrix” Leal

Crew Chief
Ken is Motoriffic’s pit crew chief and mechanical maestro. He is an ASA certified Master Mechanic and a rock musician on the side.
“Mountain Mike” Herkner

Pit Crew
An experienced mechanic, Mike is an integral part of Motoriffic’s pit crew. As his nickname implies, his interest in extreme sports extends to the slopes where he works on the Ski Patrol.
